I don't have a how to made, but to make your life easier, put the moog cabs in the freezer for an hour or so. It will make pressing them in a piece of cake. Did you rent a ball joint press to press the old bushings out and new ones in? Also, make sure to not stress the axle when removing the control arm. Be very careful and take your time. It isn't a hard job just time consuming.

Hey, I am going to be installing the Moog CAB's soon. Any advice or do you have a How-To typed out? Thanks!

Yes, the springs are still for sale. They will fit all models of Cobalts.

Will only drop an SS/SC maybe a 1/4". They are not drop springs for SS cars.

They would drop a basemodel though.

Hey do you still have the springs? If so I have an 05 SC and was wondering if they would fit and how much of a drop is the ride height?

LNF-EFR, please send all questions to my PM box here on .net. I do not use my personal e-mail that much, and my work e-mail is not an option. I will try to help you out the best I can. Thanks.

Hi, My name is Herb. I have been a 5 year member over on the Solstice forum. I have been reviewing your most excellent thread with regard to the procedure on swapping valve springs and cams. I am about to start this task myself. Thanks to you I have everything I need, especially the specialized tools.

I do, however, have several questions that I would like you to clarify. Would it possible for you to give me your email address so I can send these to you? I find that PMing within the forum is clumsy and greatly appreciate your assistance.

The is no substitute for hands on experience and I need to tap into yours!

I am not a nut job! My handle on the Solstice forum is GXP-COUPE1. You can see that I am a regular poster, and that it should be evident that I extremely passionate about these platforms.

If you are interested in helping me, please send an email to me at [email protected].

I really am hoping to hear from you.

    Regards Herb.

Yep, that is for the pair. 8k miles never used in winter driving. The color I painted them is graphite metallic.

Hey, I can't PM or post new threads. Wondering if it's my low post count, but can you help me or tell me what I need to do to fix it? Thanks

Sorry. Not sure of any for sale. Check E-bay motors. They have used lsj engines for sale from time to time.
