It's ridiculously cold this week. I almost thought my battery was going to be dead the way my car sounded trying to start.
At least next week its going to hover back into the 30's, but that's still too damn cold. I'm about ready to drive south for awhile and stay there for a month.

I still have the factory AC Delco. Knock on wood, it's been working fine.
What Optima battery can I buy, for future reference? Oreilly's website only gives me their brand and ACD.

My dad has an optima in his S10 ZR2. Nice battery

I think i have a 35 redtop in there, ill have to look tomorrow. It doesnt fit perfect either, it makes the spare tire cover thing stick up about 1/4 to 1/2 inch in the back but that didnt bother me any. Still holds weight no problem

Best part about cold air. It's denser, so your engine is breathing in more air, effectively creating a little more power.

Nice man. How come you got rid of it? A Cobra is like my #1 car to buy when I have money. Things look mean as **** with the Cobra wheels and lowered.

How much did you sell it for?

Sold it to buy a house. I'd love to get back into one in the future, miss the car dearly. I let her go for $16k, had nearly 100k miles on her.

Pretty good, Jake. How about yourself? Yes, I do have a stock exhaust now, but it's sitting in my garage. I just don't feel like spending the money to take it to get installed and welded up yet.

Hows the scoob doing?
