Will 205/45R17 tires and rims 4x100 lug nut pattern fit my 07 Cobalt ls sedan? Please help! Need to know soon!! ASAP!!

 

If you have 4 lugs on your wheels then yes.

 

You think them being 4 lug universal 17 inch will be okay though because I want to fill in the gap it have stock bull crap 195/65R15

 

bigger wheels wont really fill the gap. do some math. the 205/45-17s are actually smaller in overall diameter.

205-45/17 will fit all day with no issues. I ran 225-45-17s on my base for years.

Best way to close the wheel gap is to lower the car.

 

not much but yes according to that calculator. Lower the car better handling and looks way better.

Cheapest is going to be springs, but lowering springs are know to blow out the base models FE1 struts.

Best is debatable based on how you want to use the car. But its between Powell Springs with FE5/LNF struts or konis struts, and coilovers.

Easiest is coilovers, since you don't have to take the front struts apart and swap spings.

 

best? koni shocks, strut inserts, and yyz springs

cheapest? cut the stock springs

easiest? a cheap set of coilovers

 

Actually konis and yyz isn't hard to install
