New from Ga
I bought a 2007 Cobalt SS a few months back from a guy I work with for 3k. The car had a few miles on her, but was very well maintained. The guy I bought it from had it since new and drove it back and forth from Ok to NY a few times a year. The only reason he stopped driving her was do to he bought a 2010 SS. This car is super clean and well optioned, think only thing it is missing is the Racing seats. One of the reasons for the cheap sale was it needed a clutch and tires, but me being the **** person I am, I changed a few other things like sway bar bushings and end links. She has the a typical clunking sound in the frontend. I changed all the fluids transmission, anti freeze and supercharger fluids, I also put a ZZP coupler on since I had the supercharger off. So I have been driving her for a few months now and is fun to drive but it is just missing that extra kick that I am use to with my V-8 Camaro's I have owed in the past. I had looked around on this site a found the the ZZP stage kits are a good place to start so I ordered the stage 3 kit lastnight, with the stealth heat exchanger and dual bypass. I am hoping that it will perk her up a bit. That is the story on the car as of now will post my progess as it comes. Thanks for reading

Best year for the SS/SC's, and nice color!!
Laser Blue Metallic FTW!
Also, check you build tag for G85. Late build date 07's didn't get the Recaro seats with the G85 package.

2.9 is what I ordered, from what I have read anything lower I would need cams and exhaust. I dont have anyone here that can tune for less the 500.00 and well dont have that extra laying around so the canned tune will have to work for now

Started the mods on this car, have the stealth Heat exchanger( what a pain in the ass to install with no directions, I figured it out but took a bit), dual bypass, 80lb injectors, spark plugs and can tunned computer installed. Still need to install my 2.9 pulley. Was a long day and need to finish this thing up in am. I was hopping to use my 3 jaw puller to remove the pulley but not to sure how it will work. I wasnt willing to spend an extra 150 bucks on there tool. Anyone used a jaw type puller to pull the blower pulley? Anyways I am going to give it a shot in morning.
