Filling tank in Canada?

Hey guys, i'm looking to all the threads here about N2O and i'm interested in it, but my concern is: where do i refill my thank here in Canada? More precisely in Quebec Province? Do you have any ideas?

usually here in the states you just go to a performance shop who sells it and they refill it for you.

now up in Canada, im not sure on the laws and crap
