Which Nitrous Kits/Setups is everyone running

I am wanting to add some spray, thinking 100dry for now.

Motor is a forged ZZP Gen1 with Diamond Pistons and Pauter Rods, ARP everything
TVS on 2.6" with ATI damper, E85 with return style and DW300 pump.

thinking something like a Nitrous Express Proton kit, but open for suggestions.

Do it once, do it right

WET SHOT; don't waste your time with a dry

Look into NX's progressive controller.

ID1000s? You have that return style fuel pressure mabober?

I have a near identical setup to you; I'm hitting 93% IDC by 6500ish with the DENSO 1000s; otherwise completely stock fuel system.

Let me know if you need a larger injectors. I have access to 1300, 1600s, and 2000s; can also have a harness made for it.

NX or kys. Definitely recommend the maximizer 4. You won't need a fly by wire adapter or anything if you get the maximizer 4. Take a gander at it. It's the real deal. But i'd prolly just go with a proton plus kit. They seem to be enough for most people and fairly cheap. Can be had on Ebay for about $380 shipped..

But aren't you on like a 2.6/Tvs, reving to like 8k? 100 shot won't last long... forged internals or not... That's a **** ton of cyl pressure.........

Why not?
Methanol is far more corrosive and is commonly sprayed through the blower.

I have thought about this thoroughly. The biggest issue I see with the manifold spacer is you are spraying fuel into hot air and it vaporizes which is great. Once it hits the IC it will cool an condense on the bottom of the IM. Laminova cores aren't the easiest thing for air to flow through. Now you are adding fuel to flow through there.

The best way to run nitrous is direct port anyways. It may require some manufacturing of parts because we have limited space because of superchargers but both fuel and nitrous hit at the same time and quickly (no delay) and evenly across the cylinders. Running it through the SC or manifold spacer is like running a carburetor.

Someone once pointed these out to me for our injectors but I can't seem to find them again.

Also, 100 shot isn't a lot. A stock car can handle that. Grant it, Vaughn is far from stock but he has a built motor. Imagine what cyl pressures were when they put 54 psi in a motor for 898 hp. 100 shot would be easier on the motor than spinning the TVS harder to get the 100 hp.

I have been told these fit but need larger O-rings but with a harrop, I imagine it will be an extremely tight fit/impossible.
Nitrous Oxide Direct port kit

Let me know what you end up doing, Vaughn.

Oh Jesus.....

You got quite a lot to learn on cyl press & turbo vs blower.

& zzp's car & japs car.

& yes, 100 shot is quite a bit on our cars. No **** you can throw a 100 shot at it when you're stock. Because there's hardly any cyl press.... But a 2.6tvs spinning to 8K or so creates quite a bit more cyl press bud

Yes it will.

An I agree with bryan and Tyler; get it dialed in first before you decide. 100 IS a lot of added cyl pressure.

Remember, even the tvs is far less efficient than a snail.
