Question about Fuel Delivery with wet kit

The cobalts use a returnless style fuel delivery system. This means that fuel rail pressure is regulated by the pump before the fuel ever reaches the rail. If you guys that use Wet nitrous kits remove the schrader valve from the fuel pressure test port on the rail and take fuel from the for the fuel solinoid, what happens to fuel rail pressure.

Atleast for a second, before the fuel pump is capable of increasing flow, the rail pressure is going to drop. Thats going to make injectors flow a lot less fuel with the first intial hit.

First, Is the fuel pump capable of raising rail pressure back to spec with the fuel solinoid pulling fuel when your spraying?

Second, Does that moment when the nitrous is first activated where the cars going lean worry anyone else. Lean = not good!!

the pessure will drop just slight, your not drawing that much fuel. remember, your metering the fuel through an opening that about the size of a pencil lead.

He's got a point. Odds are i seriously doubt your going to be using more than a 50 shot, even so, all the stock components are good to a 75 shot so i wouldnt worry about.
