does anybody know someone who could install a stage 1 mod kit in north minnesota?
i ordered one from the dealership, finally came in after over a week. Say they will get back to me when they get an estimate on labor..
days later i call back..
they don't know anyone who has done it before so they have been calling around other dealerships..
the lady said for stage 1 it should take anywhere form 3-8 hours... ummm.. wut?
cant take that long.
if theyre that clueless i don't even want them to install it.

Where are you? I'm in Duluth. Stage 1 for a supercharged, right? If you are SC you should get the full stage 2 GMPP kit. If you are turbocharged then ya a stage 1 is good.

yeah its a 2007 ss/sc probably shoulda mentioned that lol..
im in grand rapids.. would be able to drive if needed duluth is like 1 1/2 hour from here.

If you stay stage 1, the upgrade kit to stage 2: $350

Stage 1 is injectors...not sure on the tune.

for both it was like a lil under $800
i see it online for about $700 so i probably payed a bit more fml
said i would wait till i get both kits to install them, guy on the phone seemed way more knowledgeable this time
said about 3 hours for the whole thing, sounds better
im excited for it

Stage 1 is injectors and an ECU reprogram and Stage 2 adds the pulley and belt. Seems like a lot of money for the amount of power you get, but who am I to talk. I want to spend about $2500 to just get an extra 100hp crank tops. Probably about 60-70whp.

not sure how injectors + tune= $500 but then again what do i know
price on stage 2 seemed more realistic
w/e tho, the reviews i read on here were good.
thanks for the input guys, ill give an update when i get it installed
