Hey guys been forever since I been on this site, had a 2006 lazer blue cobalt ss 2.4. met rally and northvibe I think couple times once when we hung out at the moa for beers. I traded in the cobalt 3 weeks ago for a 2011 mazdaspeed 3. Few mods done to it since I have owned it now.

So far corksport catback exhuast, corksport sri with turbo inlet pipe, and cobb tuner with stage 2 tune. I love the ms3, its a big step up from my old cobalt ss/na. I also have on order hks blow off valve and down pipe. Any other mods I should look into.

 

I also see this cobalt alot around Apple valley area.

I had a 2008 with Cobb Sri, some metal turbo inlet, ground wire kit, Cobb rsb, twn shifter bushings, CPe motor mount

I would say, get the boost tubes, bigger tmic or front mount, twm shifter bushings, Cobb rsb, CPe mm, there are a few other suspension upgrades and frame braces. Street unit sells some parts and CPe makes good stuff. Oh and there's a shifter linkage weight that helps, Cobb had one. Depends what your goal is.

 

In need of serious help... One of the metal washers that go around the laminova cores in my intake manifold went missing and i can't find anything online about them other than I have to buy a whole new intake manifold to replace the one little washer. Ced and mauer chev both told me that and i don't have the money to buy another manifold from someone on here. Does anyone know someone or a shop that can replicate one of these washers for me?

 

can you take a pic of the washer? or do you have another you can bring to a hardware store and find an suitable replacement?

 

Should be able to replicate somewhere i would think
