I'm waiting until I get my new tires which will be like Jan. I'm in no rush...she's gonna be sitting in the backyard for a while...but I would like to take it out every now and then on the nice/clear winter days

I'm getting it done at Hawthorne chevy mostly (don't worry, i'm not going to get screwed lol)

yeah i know what you mean, I have mine covered in the driveway. I need tires as well but im going to wait till Feb till I put them on and untill then, just run the HHR, its good in the snow and the gas milage is alot better then the balt

Hawthorne wont screw you, they're one of the best in the area, I'm going to be going to Paramus if I need anything major done cause I know the lead mechanic from D&C went there

you should still come out to some of the meets that we have going on adam even if you have a Toyota..............we'll forgive you

lol yes it is....

For serious racers, TTP in passaic will align your car to any way you want. If you want to set it up for auto x, they will. Drag strip, they will. Street/strip....w/e...they only charge 100. But I mean, anything other than the stock alignment is going to wear out your tires faster obviously

yeah when i had my sportlines installed, eibach's alingment added extra camber, so the inner edge of my tires wear out extra fast. But thats cool that they'll set up your car anyway you want

Since its seems that alot of us now have winter beaters, what do you all think about a Beater meet. It would be fun to see what each of us has chosen as a winter car, if you dont have a winter car I guess you can still come With christmas right around the corner I dont think we could do it this saturday, but I thought that next saturday, once again at the Outback in Edgewater would be a good place to go, with then car pooling and heading into Hoboken if people were up for it.

its my winter beater, in the sense that I will be beating on it during the winter. Plus I have put nearly 5,000 miles on it already. I could see if I can bring the GTP down for the meet. But im not sure how that would stand up to the streets of Edgewater.

Mikey, you going to keep the lights on the car till Christmas, its very festive

Mark if you working, will come by and demand free beer
