HID's in MD VA

I have a buddy that is a vendor and has his own shop in va. but he sales them for $125 and $165 installed. not trying to step on any other vendors toes but I'm just putting it out there pm me if you would like some info.

Pictures? I would like to see some aiming shots. I already have HIDs I'm just curious to see what they look like.

I can see what I can get from him. I just know he can get them in any color and any watts you would like.
