Been looking for a 'balt

Been looking for awhile now, haven't seen many around and the few I have seen are ridiculously overpriced at dealerships. Leaning towards an SS/TC but if found a good deal on an SS/SC I'd probably grab it. I scour craigslist but haven't had very good luck. Anyone seen any good deals?

I see less and less of the SS/TC's for sale, wonder what's going on? Either people are keeping them now, or they are all in the junkyards.

Not really ready to sell mine yet, but $17k might talk me out of it.

Yeah there's not many. Thanks, but I'm good. A lil too steep for me. There's an 08 for $12k with 65k miles I'm hoping to check out soon, just wondering if anyone has seen any good deals I haven't.

Do I get the turbo too? Lol.

Yeah I don't know about having a Canadian car. I'm not very good at KM to mile conversion lol.

the car is no longer turbo but it currently has a simple set up which is surpricely quick for what it has. If i do keep it its going back to turbo within months from now hopefully

if i sell it though its going as is now. Just 2.8, 80s, dp, tuned.

I found mine on auto trader a few years back. I checked on there last week for the hell of it since I don't see them on the streets too often, but there were a few listed. I noticed you mentioned Craigslist but try AutoTrader and see what you get. (If you find a good deal print out the listing so they don't try to screw you later). Good Luck!

2006 chevy cobalt ss sc. Silver. fully loaded. 3 thousand orignal miles, due to it siting in my yard, not fixed. It is a salvage title, but was fixed right. really like the car, but if you take it off my hands for $9,500 .then maybe

@ OP

There was a member here who was living in Seattle who was trying to sell his yellow TC sedan;

I'd suggest you look over the classifieds here to see what's for sale.

It would probably simply be easiest for you to buy a car that's already state-side, but you could always take Jrmoto's advice and look on Vancouver BC's Kijiji site

There are a couple threads here that are local for you (I know, because I've been in them, my cousin lives in Portland and I go thereat least once a year) - I'd get in on those, to put the word out that you're looking.

good luck!

Every few days I go through the classifieds on here and there is seriously nothing closer than Cali lol. I remember seeing the TC sedan but I know he sold that awhile ago. I look at craigslist everyday in all surrounding areas; Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Yakima, etc. and there's 2 TC's on there right now. Probably going to look at one on Monday.

There's a yellow 08 TC with 40k at a local dealership asking 13 I'm hoping to check out on Monday. Hopefully it's as nice as it looks.

How do you wreck a car before it hits 3k miles?
