heading to Seattle??
I'm now thinking of heading up to Seattle for the week of the ninth...
Probably going to check out this;
empmuseum.org - EXHIBITIONS - Current Exhibitions - Nirvana: Taking Punk to the Masses
Anyone in the area interested in meeting up before/ after/ or going with me?
Not that I expect others here to be on the same page as me, but I'm kinda into that (now dead) scene...
I haven't decided if I'll be rolling in my Cobalt or not...

it was only like $13 per person for all there exhibits, ide go again with you. I should be available to meet up as well, and im sure i can get some other guys to roll out.
and PLEASE bring your cobalt!!!

the Avatar Exibit was really cool too, a bunch of there stage props and everything in there, and the Nirvana Exhibit was HUGE tons of Kurt Cobain guitars and stuff

The Nirvana bit would be all I'm interested in.
Around the same time last year I bombed up there to meet with Vince, and check out the 'Flying Heritage Museum' (which was awesome!!)...
I also stopped by the Starbucks head office to buy some stuff for my brother (but apparently I went to the wrong place - as there were no mugs or anything specific to that locale...
*pic to be added later*
This is good to know...

the whole thing is that really there's nothing that sets my Cobalt apart - it looks bone stock.
I'm just under 5k km's away from my bumper to bumper running out... and if I took it on this trip, that would pretty much do in my remaining bumper to bumper mileage.

I'm also probably going to bomb down to my mom's place on either the 14th or 15th... so in all my trip is probably going to look like this;
Sunday April 8th
Calgary -> Lethbridge Alberta
Monday April 9th
Lethbridge -> Spokane -> Kennewick Washinton
Tuesday April 10th
Kennewick -> Portland Oregon
Wednesday April 11th
??
Thursday April 12th
??
Friday April 13th
Portland Swap meet
Saturday April 14th
Portland Swap Meet (2nd day) OR day of "down time" OR head down to L.A.
I might go do the #1 again along the California Coast... but we'll see...

It doesn't matter if your car is stock. It's clean, it's a Balt.
Mine's stock too.

What good is a warranty if it makes you afraid to drive the car? And what are you afraid of breaking?
And if your man ***** look good on a woman I guess I'm ok with it.......

oh - I'm not afraid...
believe me there
it's totally psycological...
my three year mark is February 19th 2013...
I'd kinda like to make it stretch out
(I put over 30k km's on in my first year ~ or a little over half of the bumper to bumper milieage)
plus i have more than one car
(and all my cars are fun)
I took the Cobalt to Seattle last year too...

My brother & sister-in-law collect Starbucks mugs;
I mistakenly thought there was a unique mug to be had at their head office...
I tried to do them something nice;
I figured since I was in the area, a small stop over would make them happy.
