Order 5596
 

I ordered SS brake lines for the brembo kit on 5/23/2012. I contacted Josh a few times, got responses, but the last response to my PMs was 2 weeks ago. I know there was hold up on the brake lines but its July now, its been 35+ days and I need them. I have my lnf brakes ready to install and my current rear brakes don't work and I gotta go to work as its my DD. They were supposed to be shipped already and I still haven heard about them.

Please, give me a refund or ship them to me asap, I need them urgently.

I believe that calling the shop you ordered it from, and ask politely about your parts would help more.

funny you mention this ... order 5642 for brake lines for non brembo has not shipped either...must be an FTP backlog

mine was 6/18...

i emailed prior to ordering and got a reply saying if i ordered monday the 18th it would ship wednesday the 20th

I have read that there is quite a few people that waited but they got their stuff within 3-4 weeks. This is 5+ weeks so I am to a point where I need this part to keep my car running. If I don't hear back I'll have to ask for a refund via paypal or open a dispute (which I don't like doing). I hope its going to get sorted out. I do understand being busy, we all are, but this is taking way too long.

if you used paypal you may want to file a claim stat...i think you only have like 45 days or something

Not really smart to say your plans on here so ottp can read it. What they will prob do now is just keep ignoring you so you cant get a refund and they dont lose a sale.

keep us posted... i believe the issue is FTP custom makes each set

Just got a call from Josh, said the lines are shipping monday. he said FTP just underwent a buyout and having some integration issues with a new production management system (my words, paraphrasing)

i would imagine yours in thae same situation mine is

Got the call and tracking number. All good now.
