I ordered a k&n air filter replacement in the middle of august, and then we got in touch after I filed a pay pal complaint and you said you would have new ones in august 6th which is why I dropped the complaint and kept the order. It's now november 7th and I still haven't received it. I left a message on Josh's phone, or whoever the customer service rep is. Never got a call back. If I had known it was going to take at least three months to get a filter, I would have ordered it anywhere else such as zzp. I'm sick of dealing with this so hopefully someone will respond from ottp since it seems ottp spends more time on css.net responding to complaints rather then doing so through your actual business. Where's my filter?????????????????????

I ordered about a grand worth of stuff and ordered a pulley ouller and so I canceled that when I never recived it, and ordered a 2.7 in stead and never recived that either

Maybe they're just having some sort of problem that they haven't disclosed to us such as home things or the IRS or something. I ordered from both ZZP and OTTP and never had any issues with either. Aside from when I placed a 4k order for a ton of parts and my injector harness was forgotten. But, called OTTP and had it in 2 days. So, maybe there's something going on with them that we just don't know about....
