Thanks for owning up to it now but that wont change the way i feel about doing business with you. And about the manifold, I had already bought another one so its not on the top of my to do list atm. Not sure that i would even trust it being reapaired anyway.

All manifolds eventually crack. When repairing them the crack gets cut all the way through, the unit gets hot tanked and sanded clean, then it gets welded. It's as good as new.

The product was shipped before I you posted this. It was ordered mid day 1-31-18 and shipped 2-2-18. Checking your email before posting would have saved me some trouble. Your phone call that came in on 2-2-18 at 4:40 wasn't returned that day because it was end of day and didn't get checked...
I called you at 7:00 am Mountain Time because your web site was not working processing cards or PayPal. You said everything was in stock so that should not have been the problem. You gave me a sales number and said it would ship today. I received nothing that evening showing I had placed an order or an order had been shipped. I sent you an email regarding that the next day. At this point you lied about shipping it that day and now had 2 full days to reply to my email. I then called twice with no pick up. The third time I left a message. As of Monday, 3 full business days have passed and a weekend. Still, no reply, no call.

That's what was aggravating! I give you a credit card over the phone rather than a secure PCI compliant check out process and cannot get a single reply!

That is not how most business owners operate but that is how you have chosen to operate yours. A business that operates as you do is not where i spend my money.

It would be funny if Josh told you to take your business elsewhere like zzp did.

ZZP did not tell me to take my business elsewhere. An employee (Ryan) did. He was reprimanded and I was apologized to by Tim.

Josh doesn't answer emails so I really doubt that will happen... If it did, It would be a Moot point anyway.

The website normally works. Emails are sent automatically, you got at least one for the shipping number. Normally I tell people it should ship in a day, sometimes that's heard as today.

I didn't return your phone call on Monday because I saw this thread on Sunday and knew you had your tracking number. Even if the product would have shipped the same day it still wouldn't have been to you for the weekend. It's 3 day shipping, you ordered Wednesday so I didn't ruin your weekend plans.

I took a look at the parts you posted. I then googled your company name.... At least five threads about people waiting a month for parts, not being able to contact you, or were else to buy parts because you're not reputable.

I'm not perfect and things get missed but I'm doing a lot better at getting back to customers than in the past.

If OTTP is no longer a supporting Vendor... Why is this link even still active?

He is allowed to answer questions and support his customers... just not advertise.

The link is still there for all the vendors although there are only a couple that currently still pay to be here. Its an old forum, nobody is spending their time keeping up with things like deleting old subforums.

It got sold off to a big company that doesn't care about anything except ad revenue.

The only reason the site is still remotely active is because there are a handful of moderators who actually care, excluding slowbalt.

TTR has always been good to me and always answers every email I send no matter how dumb the question. They run a business proper. Customer service is important.

I bought my car in September of 2006 ( was listed as a model year of 2007 ) Does that line up with when you released the mount? It was one of my first mods along with a AEM intake and HIDs. I think I paired it with ZZP solid trans mounts as I am not sure you had any yet at the time, I could be wrong though. was a while back
