ok heres the deal ihave a 04 saturn ion with a 2.2 the turbo kit that was on it has about 6,000 miles on it. its a small turbo max boost is 20 psi it comes with everything you need intercooler,pipeing,intake with a carbon fiber lid,oil lines and coolent lines here the thing it well work on a 2.2 or a 2.4 buttt, you have to get a MAF pipe do to that fact that the 04 were done by map not maf. it also has the set up for the 5 injector but thats up to you to put in. casue you could just buy a super afc and tune or run bigger injectors i dont know that would be up to you. it a really nice turbo kit and im asking can send you pic of every thing if you send me your email but act quick this might go soon. 600 bills shipped to door

you sure it has 6000 miles on it? it looks really worn out and the manifold is missing one of the bolts so how would you bolt the turbo on? and you have any more pics of the turbo kit installed on your ion?

Oooo cool thanks for posting pic didn't know how to. My ion is blue. And I got all hardwear in the box I'm pretty sure that bolts in the box with the gaskets and clamps.

 

wats the intake lid for? it go on the stock intake box?
and why is it missin a bolt on the manifold?

 

Yeah it's the lid to go on the stock air box for the turbo and it a stud that missing and I think I got it but it came out when we were taking the turbo off

It ran dam good when the black box wasn't fucked up it was a bitch to have on the 04 ion cause no one could tune it cause it didn't have a mass airflow so since the car was my daily driver I just got feed up with the bullshit and put it back to stock it wasn't the turbo kit it was the black box that I got from Saturn motorsports with the kit and the company that made the box want out of biz. Hmmmm wounder why? O because they made shity black boxs for turbo kits. That's a long story short other than that the kit saw no more than 8psi everyday like I said the kit was f-ing great but the tunning softwear was crap and I don't have money to play with it and try diff things so yeah.

 

that looks good for what ur asking, it's a studcget over it, u can get one at any hardware store, looks like it bolts directly to the stock downpipe nice, any part #a on the turbo u can post I see it's a td04 mitsubishi, subaru?

I got to check for a part number but yea it well bolt up to a stockdown pipe and the kit was made to pass emissions. That's a qoute from saturn motorsports and it did and as for the turbo I think it a stock volvo turbo from what I saw the turbo came from one place and everything else came from alpine cause I was trying to fix the black box so I got as much info I could find for this turbo kit like I said great great kit for a quick every day driver I think who ever buys it well love it

If u read back it says why I'm getting rid of it and HP wise I was told by Saturn motorsports that at 10psi I was 80hp and with 12psi was 100hp this is what I was told I don't know never dynoed
