Im lookign to buy a ss/sc pcm, I have a 06 ss, i need a new pcm to tune with a keep my original for factory warrenty issue should anything happen. I was gonna guy from a user on here but he has since either backed out or just hasnt gotten back to me, so i am once again looking to another pcm to buy

i have a pcm but i beleave u have to get it tuned for a cobalt... it came out of an ion redline*( lsj 2.0 sc but i beleave the tunes are diffrent so if u keep ur stock pcm and use this 1 for the tuning.( just transfer the stock tune to this 1 and tune from there) from what i know you should be alright.

 

i was told the pcm for a redline wouldnt work on a ss/sc. I want to keep my pcm i have now untouched for warrenty. I want the second one to tune with

 

i was told the only reason it wouldent work was because of the tune?
