yeah its pretty fucked up when a forum made for members to help each other basically is just nothing but high school drama and people shafting each other with a little bit of good info here and there

zach your gay.. and so are the mods on this site for letting you stay on here .. clearly this isnt the first time and clearly you ripped this guy off.. I mean come on.. you're explanation says it all.. You're actually willing to ship him another block when you "know" it wasnt you're fault its broken??.. Very doubtful. We would all be very poor if we did that. If it's truly isnt you're fault then you call UPS over and over and tell them the story you told us. You get the names at the UPS store who "fucked you over" and give UPS there names.

If you try hard enough you CAN find him and pay him a visit. I bought a tach a couple of years ago and shortly after I saw it being offered again. It took a while but I finally got an address and when I sent an email containing it I got the tach.

he ******* sold me an intercepter gauge that didnt work! paypal didnt do anything for me, i did all the proper procedures and they said since it was threw a third party website (forum) not ebay they do not cover item description (ie whether it works or not!) and i was fucked..... if i had bought it off ebay i would have been protected

agreed on that part for sure. As long as everyone is smart and pays through paypal, and doesnt "GIFT" money you should be able to get your money back from a shitty purchase.
