I have a ldk head With a couple hundred miles on it for $100 plus shipping; everything in the pictures is included. I also have Stage 1 lnf cams without the larger fuel lobe (ZZP). Not sure the miles and $200 plus shipping. I'm in Oregon.

The cams don't work with that head correct

There are two sets of cams there. The cams with the ldk head work with it. The stage 1 lnf cams don't.
