lowerings springs! ...need moar low!

As the thread title implies. Would prefer ssc/cm but open to every other spring as well.

Ahh you got to cut em' or just heat them up on the car and save some time  :cssNET:

Omnigear 12-31-2012 07:58 PM

use tie down straps, ratchet them bad boys on the spring to get to the height you want.

Erick161 12-31-2012 10:16 PM

Lol... I wasn't looking for suggestions, but actual springs FS. And im stock height...anything is lower than my 4x4

shoot ME a price on those b&g springs

D2's drop pretty low man.

H&R's are probably the lowest for springs though. D2's come in a rough second in my opinion. the rears could be a tad lower but the fronts tuck a little on d2's I like them. Inexpensive too

xtremecavy 01-01-2013 02:50 AM

id still cut em' lol, at least just to see if you like it or not

chevygirl2006 01-01-2013 03:42 AM

B&g is the lowest spring you can get but I would image it's not a great ride considering how low they are.

Slowbalt2000 01-01-2013 04:52 AM

coils coils coils, fuck springs

07MetallicSC 01-01-2013 05:00 AM

pedders are junk. i said it from the beginning. took alot of peoples to sag and fall apart before people realized.

B&g are not bad at all

Erick161 01-01-2013 01:13 PM

I had B&Gs many moons ago. I didn't have a good experience with them. Maybe I got a bad set but they didnt set level at any corner.

I've run sportlines before...they are low...and stiff.

I ended up buying some sportlines yesterday locally, but im still debating. I would still prefer SSC/CM springs. I havent seen many run B&Gs..but mine used to sag a little.

chevygirl2006 01-01-2013 02:05 PM

Cm is the way to go lol

I wanted to get the d2 springs but i guess they discontinued them.. i ordered the d2 ones off jmautoracings website last summer but they called and said they no longer make them, so they ended up just sent me ksports instead.. and to the OP Ksports are pretty good for the price! Drop is good and the ride is decent

Seems like many do forget about the Eibach Pro Kit. I do agree sportlines are far from the best performance. However the Prokit does not drop much, but still offers a nice ride.
