Reverse gear went out in mine, so I'd like one with reverse

bump good luck...i was looking at one on ebay the other day...was it that one for 1500 that you get screwed on? i was thinking about saving up some money for it

I did see that one, it's a bit more than I wanted to spend.

The one we bought on eBay was like 350 + shipping I think. My BF bought it and took care of everything. SUPPOSEDLY the guy is in the military which makes it difficult to ship/stay in contact. I kind of doubt that..

We paid him on January 12-15th.. It s now April and we've only gotten 1 responce and he said he shipped it but put the wrong address and it got shipped back and he would give us a tracking # the following day. That was a month ago and no word yet, and no tracking number.

Mine lost reverse and labor to open up a tranny and put it back together is going to run me 5-700$$ not even including new parts. Was hoping to save a lil money. Looks like Im just going to have mine repaired unless someone offers me one in the nex couple days.

 

that sucks...yeah the f35 is not too cheap i would be very suprised to see someone sell it for less than 1500...if they do there is prob. something wrong with it. hope you get your money back. did you go through paypal? i would be filing with them if you did

 

im pulling out my transmission this weekend. 3rd gear went out but my reverse is still good! haha

 

bump...might wanna call some junkyards or CED and just buy new.

I am dropping the tranny off today at a trans shop. The manager seemed really willing to work with me. Still going to cost me like 700 to have it rebuilt though, but thats a little better still than all the trannys I've seen online, cheapest are 6-800 w/out LSD. Id rather just keep mine at that point.
