RD Fabs CAIS & AEM Dryflow For Sale...

So my RD Fabs polished intake doesn't fit worth a hoot on my 2007, the brake lines are routed way too high. I can't recommend this for anyone with a 2007 unless you have a plan. This is brand spanking new minus the failed test fitting I made.

I also am including an AEM Dryflow filter that I was planning to use. It is also new minus a couple specks of dust on it where it bumped the inner fender in my test fitting.

I'm thinking $250 for both, shipped anywhere in the lower 48 via USPS. If you want the generic filter RD Fabs included lemme know, otherwise I don't plan on shipping it.

Who said it doesn't fit? I said it doesn't fit my 2007 model very well with the way the brake lines are mounted higher than the 2006s. Edubs has a 2006 and he says he has zero fitment issues with his RD Fabs intake. I took a chance, ordered the intake and found that GM changed things. :\

That's interesting. Do you have pictures? I couldn't imagine why GM mounted the brake lines higher up in the 07 model. I just helped JohnnySasakiMGS finish installing his polished RD Fabs on his 06 and we had no issues. I haven't seen an 07' engine bay, yet, so I'm not doubting you, but how much time did you spend trying to fit it? Obviously a 3" one-piece intake takes a little manipulation to get in the right spot where it doesn't touch anything even w/ engine movement. Have you called or e-mailed RD Fabs regarding this? If you explain the situation, maybe they'll be willing to buy it back from you and work on getting one that fits. E-mail chris@rdfabs.com and fill him in on what your issue is.
