Zzp long tube header - new!!!

I have, up for sale, a never installed, fresh out of the box ZZP Automatic Transmission Long Tube Header and Catted Downpipe with all clamps, O2 extender and everything that can in the box. The reason I am selling is because I was hopeful that it would fit on my 2.4L LE5 G6, but the clearance is wrong.

This is a rare opportunity, BRAND NEW!

I am asking $400 shipped, as opposed to a $479 + tax + shipping from ZZP

auto tranny is tilted forward. Therefore this will make the cat-back stick out much further if put on a manual transmission car.

^ so in that case wouldn't all of the cat backs not fit an Auto.

AFAIK the auto DP is bent to go around the trans case. but if it came out in ANY other location than the same as the Manual cars all Aftermarket cat backs would not fit auto cars either. as they would need to be longer/shorter to compensate.

Close but no, all cat backs are the same but because the auto is tilted forward the dp is longer. Therefore if you put an auto dp (long tube setup in this case) it would push the catback further toward the rear. Not that hard of a concept to understand.

it isa hard concept when you cant seem to explain it correctly. makes no sense. not the way you are saying it.

only thing i can come up with out of your issue is the motor sits further forward in the cradle which makes everything longer. it would have nothing to do with tranny being tilted.

The fitment issue is explained on ZZP's website on the link where this product is sold. It should fit either way.

^well ya of course that's why. I just had to see if it would fit because the g6 aftermarket sucks and moat cobalt stuff fits for us, if anything I would have imagined I would have more room for clearance but the collector wouldn't pass down past the swaybar/steering rack
