So I totally got an SB-700, Yongnuo YN-622's, and assorted goodies for Christmas. Loving the new flash photography side of the house. I've never had or used a flash before so this should be interesting.

Did you just use layer masks to essentially bring back exposure to the car, or did you actually take multiple exposures and blend them?
If that was just one picture then that turned out incredibly clean.

for my edit I just used a couple brushes to bring back some light and tone down some of the distracting colours; especially on the wheels. It's obviously not as great as a multiple exposure composite would be but it does the trick.

I saw you uploaded the full res image so I played around with it and was surprised how much detail I could get back. The car looked too underexposed to work with but I guess not. I ended up with this from your SOOC image.

flickr is better than photobucket. and it lets others download the og file size or any other smaller sizes
it also depends on how u shoot the image to start with

if u have some type of software you can boost up stuff by editing the raw file. jpegs are compressed and its not as natural to edit

Its not a program, its just an image hosting site geared toward professional/amateur photographers. And my edit was done from just the high-res jpeg. Usually I dont see results that clean from a one image edit, especially from a jpeg which is why I asked and played around with it. I spent like 45 minutes on it so its not like it was done in a flash and there is always more you can do to perfect it. A noob to PS could spend 3-4 hrs on it and not get results like this though. The more you do it, the more you can easily "see" what needs to be done right away and know how to get to the desired result.
