I had a LSJ to daily and a LNF in the garage; its not as great as it sounds. You just have two cars that lack space to pick up or hual anything aside from ass and mustangs lol.

You may want a back up with the LNF if you start modding it heavy lol.

Go hit up Josh at OTTP and grab his GMS1 kit. All plug and play and you will appreciate the extra boost and power. It is the best bang for the buck mod you can do on a stock LNF for sure. Also, if you do go GMS1 and can get HP tuners cable I will shoot you a tune file to flash onto your PCM to use with those new 3-bar sensors.

You do not need Pro FYI.
You have a built in wideband that HPT standard can read so you can buy the cheaper HPT cable.

That will work too.

PM me your email and I will send you the base GMS1 file in .hpt format. This would be the exact tune you would get from the $600+ GM kit.
All in you will be less than $250 for GMS1. 15psi to 23psi

Just send me emails and I will send you guys files. They are base, non modified GMS1 files converted to .hpt. Basically, pulled GMS1 tune from a car that had the OEM GMS1 flash done to it.

I can lightly modify them, I believe, but dont quote me on that. Also, I will not modify them anything big. Can move rev limiters, top speed, tire sizes, etc., but will not change anything with tables.

I do not tune LNFs for anyone. They are not easy and there is much to learn. I am uneasy about changes I make to mine and cross my fingers lol

I do not need VINs.

Please humour me throwing in my two cents worth before you go throwing around your money;

Aside from trying to maintain any existing GM warranty, or if you're planning to do a high boost (25+psi) tune, I really see no need to go to bar3 (GMS1) sensors.

IIRC the OEM sensors are actually good to 24psi (or maybe it was 25psi - either way they are good for more than the standard 2.5bar rating).

Because the stock bar2.5 sensors are actually only rated for something like 21psi, and since GM was seeking certification, they needed to have a MAP sensor which would be reliable for a given percentage +/- from the official psi rating for the GMS1 kit (20psi);
So as I've understood it, the Map sensor change was for certification, and not because it was necessarily actually required.

1bar = not to be used under pressure, only good for vacuum up to atmospheric pressure
2bar = 14.5psi
2.5bar = 21.75psi
3bar = 29.0psi

Not that I get much call for it any more (I am a Trifecta dealer), but I have flashed several 24psi Trifecta tunes on cars with stock MAP sensors.

If you do have your heart set on upgrading MAP's, I'd suggest buying them direct from CED, and buying the plug&play adapters from them while you're at it - those adapters are worth their weight in gold.

Congrats on the new car btw!
