Crazy motor today at my work!
 

Today at work, we were dynoing an insane pro charged big block chevy. Before we dyno'd it, my boss drove down to the local Chevron to fill a 5 gallon jug with 91 octane for the motor :lol: We then dyno'd it, and to my amazment it made 1154 HP and 950 ft-lbs of toqure at 7500 rpm!!!!!!!!!! :nuts: Yes it made both peak torque and hp at the same rpm! Even at 7500 rpm it was still building power! The supercharger was so loud in the dyno room, it sounded like a jet! The motor was bad ass, and its going in fox body mustang as a STREET CAR!!!!!!!!!!! Here's some pics I took with my phone, sorry my phone is a worthless piece of shit and doesn't take video, otherwise I'd have some sick videos up by now of other motors we've dyno'd.

I'm 18, and no offence taken. I work at Basko Engine Service. We build motors their, we've build TONS on 1000+ hp motors, and my boss is the crew chief of a vintage top fuel funny car! Thats a lot of the reason I am doing such a rediculous build, I can do tons of shit to the motor at zero labor cost. Plus I can order parts at dealer cost.

That's cool. Show the older folks that us young people know what were doing. Some more then others.
