They used to sell the 256 without extended tip and it was cheaper than the 252et.

Thats my guess

Thats a good looking graph glad your happy with the results rb is right I love the look of your car
Not to break your ***** cause if your happy thats all that really matters but why spend the extra $$$$ to make 260 on a turbo capable of 500 when an m62 setup will do that all day

very nice i never dynoed mine on 8 psi but that's what I ran for a year before I built the motor. Made 355/342 on only 13 psi. that was with e85 and 80s pretty much maxed out

I'm sure Cory will chime in, but the reason he went with the s256 kit is because he got an awesome deal on it.

cuz m62 suck, to hard to make more power later and its not reliable on the 2.2, soo many blown up sc 2.2's at like 230whp, plus i paid $1200 for a complete stage 2 zzp s256 with 8k miles on it, when i go built motor ill drop 80's in it swap in the 11lb wastegate spring and crank the boost to 18lbs, instead of having to sell the sc kit for a turbo swap, do it right the first time

there is a spare 2.2 block with my name on it laying around, saving up and slowly buying sleeves, rods, pistons etc
