i like the flat black it looks good imo...how much of a pain is it to take off the valve cover though? am i gonna have to replace any gaskets or what?

 

Take the center cover off, the coil packs out, the PCV breather hose loose, then the valve cover bolts. Not hard really, 20 min or so tops. The gasket is an o-ring style gasket and is re-usable, but the center o-rings around the plugs tend to leak so its not a bad idea to replace it while you're in there.

 

is that a part that the local parts store should have or will i have to order the o rings for the spark plugs from like ced or somethin?

Order the valve cover gasket from the dealership, it includes the outer and all 4 inners. Its not too bad, like $25. Or you can re-use your stocker, just make sure you don't damage it and its nice and clean when it goes back on.

I wanted to PC mine, but the cost was too much for me right now and I don't really know what color I would choose, I would hate to spend $80 and not be happy.

i'm doing flat black SC with a ghosted on image and a flat black spark cover. then i'm going to see what can be done about re-locating the fuse box with a wire tuck as well, and all those damn rubber hoses and ****.
