And I was told I was dumb since it "dumps air right on the header thus cooling under hood temperatures"

Discuss lol

My car. I also didnt like the factory lip, so i put on my homemade one =) Then i also painted my hood with black spray paint, so from a distance it looks like carbon fiber. Then at about 100mph, that custom hood scope is about to fly off, so its time for me to put in some wood screws ( Because RACECAR )

Had the same reaction to this as I did reading a Facebook argument: a twitch in my eye and a mild aneurysm.

Eyelids on headlights are supposed to be discrete. Not stick out like a sore thumb.

he said temperatures were lowered by 40 degrees because cold air was blowing on the header which is the hottest part of the motor. I said man don't ever pulley down the supercharger or youll be adding a second scoop

should of told him he needed to direct the air charge to the cylinder since that's the hottest part of the engine. I wonder if he realized he could of wrapped the header and actually had a drop in underhood temps without the douchy looking scoop.

I suggested that and was told nah bro. under hood pressure and moving air under the car pulling heat from the engine bay were considered crazy suggestions
