ill make a confession, ive been lingering on the 6g site for over a month now lmao .... and have been reading all the stuff these guys are doing already with the ecoboost. It is very impressive work.
the fact that most dealers haven't even received 15's in yet is also pretty crazy considering the amount of R&D already put in for the car by aftermarket vendors.

well like most people are saying the ecoboost mustang will most likely have more takers then the gt just because of the twin turbo set up and the tuning. the power potential out of those is going to be nuts and for me id rather see a new gt roll up beside me then the ecoboost lol they are gonna be a quick car

no mod list? C&D has the car stock trapping only 98mph @ 13.9 2015 Ford Mustang EcoBoost Automatic Test ? Review ? Car and Driver
If they picked up 17mph with just bolt ons and tune with a 4cyl #3600+ car that is impressive.

it was the "race" tune with the passenger seat out, 17's with stickies, race gas, stock cat back taken off .... no bolt on's at all ... stock air filter.

I'm surprised that not many people on here love this option. Besides the weight, this is everything everyone seems to have been wishing the Cobalt SS were. Turbo 4, Rwd, manual and a good interior.
Weight isn't even a big issue. Based on my experience with the Mustang, there are a lot of heavy parts in the car. Good Aftermarket seats, wheels and exhaust alone can drop 100-150 lbs. if you get a car without all the bells and whistles, that should put it in the 3,4xx range or about 400 lbs heavier than a Cobalt but there's more displacement to work with.
I wouldn't buy it because I prefer a NA V8 in a Mustang but I like it a lot.

Now if GM would just make the Code 130R with a 300 hp turbo 4... but they should have made that years ago already.
