My 335i Top Mount Project
So I'm sure you all know I've been working on a kit. I didn't want to come out with any teasers or any bull****. I come out with everything. The whole process took 5 weeks exactly, and it started right up today.
I don't like to **** around with my projects I got videos, pictures, logs... yea the whole shabang. Enjoy and ask all the questions you'd like.
I put in 5 gallons e85 and 6 gallons 91 so I'd say somewhere around e50 blend.
Here is log 1 Map 4 wastegate spring pressure 12 psi.
Log 2 Map 1 15 psi
Log 3 Map 2 17 psi
If you don't like that I also got the Datazap link for the logs:
datazap.me | fastgti69 | Single turbo

it's a game changer.
Haha, the car was too much man. I'll take some more pics soon, but there really isn't anything to see LOL. All you see is the turbo. The manifold is a great design too. A two piece design that can be installed without a lift or a jack. Took us ten minutes to install the manifold from the top of the car.

Yep, this would be an easy 2k manifold on the market.
it's a game changer.
On an evo is nuts LOL.

I will ask him, I know its purged or something. He was telling me that he would do argon in there after he makes a head piece or something like that. I'm not in that field of expertise I know you and him would have a great talk LOL!!

don't use any of that stuff like facebook haha. sorry man.
sch10 304 is VERY strong. don't let the fact that its 304 deceive you. any tubular manifold will crack sooner or later. even t321 cracks. Nothing can control expansion and contraction.
If he purged the welds that's good. just means you fill the tube with argon and it helps keep the weld pool up and there wont be a ton of crystilazation in the pipes.

Thanks brotha!!
haha, no worries man. Yea, the manifold is like 40 lbs lol, I couldn't believe it. He said there still stronger material schedule 40 which is thicker lol. He was telling me something about the crysalization in the pipes, I don't really even understand how that works.
Minimum 600whp, the comp is doing well so far!!
it's well worth it!!

It's crazy how long it really takes to get the ball rolling. ST is pretty new to N54 and the engine has been out for 7 years. There's still so much work to be done with fueling, learning the engine's stock limits, etc.
I was waiting for more info on a PTF or Vishnu/FFTEC kit, but Shiv doesn't post on e90post anymore and it seems they don't really work on the n54 anymore.. PTF is still under wraps.
Upgraded stockers like RB seemed cool, but it may be worth it to just jump up to a big turbo.
Excited to see what you and Ventura release.

We will be having another beta tester soon. They will be third party and do not work for VM so all dynos and opinions everything is on him.
Group buy will be soon, we need final pricing and cost on all materials etc with shipping and lines and solenoid/ brackets everything.
