Halloween weekend my friend and I went to Tail of the Dragon and here are a few pics I snapped. Unfortunately all of them have undergone color enhancements because it rained all 3 days we were there.

Driving along I95 in NC I always see this place and thought it would be a great photo op. I finally had time to check it out.



Since we wanted a real scenic view and it was raining like a **** since we left we decided to go up towards
Boone NC and come down to hit TOTD. These were near Grandfather Mountain.

On our way along a 2 lane rode we saw a bridge that looked cool. We followed the road and crossed the bridge,
a mile down we came to a dead end, I locked tires and stopped inches from a mailbox, we looked to our right
and found this bridge.

We came across a sign for Chimney Rock and drove to it, past it, and pulled off into a random park. Near the
park I saw this road, backed up it and snapped a pic.

About 30 minutes from TOTD I came across this beautiful site, Unfortunately had to park the balt in a few inches
of mud to get off the highway enough to get out and snapped this pic. I have to say the pictures didnt do any
justice for the view.

This is at Fontana Dam, It is on the other side of HellBender from TOTD. It was an interesting spot and I liked
how the fog seemed to rest just above the car.
