09 LNF issue with Rpms

Hey guys,

I began a tune for a guy I know local, and he first wanted to do E47. Following all guides and information I increased his Inj duty cycle and fuel pressure etc etc.. Well needless to say he began having issues at WOT within 1 day. Logs were showing a weird symptom of the Cam tables jumping around. Well after attempting to tune everything smooth and getting the fuel trims dialed in the guy wanted to switch back to 93 due to fueling needs etc. (still having the issues at WOT) I did research and the issues he was having closely resemble that of a failed in seal. Which I told him, and as you all may know can and will happen on E blends with the higher pressure demands. Well after going back to 93 we are still having an issue. The only thing not stock on the tune, (wanted to get Maf Freq dialed in closer before adding boost and timing) is the torque management. Now he is having this weird symptom of when he revs the motor at 1500 rpms the idle will drop and then come back on. Almost like the (dead zone) we have before boost hits, however excessive. Looking at logs I notice that his cam advancement drops a whole 5-6 degrees during this and the stft's completely reset as well as the engine load seems to reset. Almost as if he loses all connection to the ECU... Anyone have any ideals?? it has me at a loss.

Attached is the video notice the stall at 1500 rpms
