Catalytic Converter Warranty extended to 10 Years !!!!
Got a letter today from GM to tell me they are extending my Cat warranty to
10 years or 193,000 kms.
It also says that if I had one replaced and paid for it That I will be reimbursed as long as the dealer recieves the documentation by Jan,31, 2011.
This one pertains to 2006 Super Charged Cobalt models only!

Got the same thing for the 07
Anyone know if its worth taking it in. I have that common "rattling" coming from around there. Took the heat shield off, made sure that it was not the "flex pipe" where the DP meets the Manifold.
Only other option is the Cat... Anyone have anymore input?
Just don't want to take it in, pay $70 just for their estimate charge and find out there is nothing they can do.
