2009 ss/tc need some help

Hello I have a 09 ss/tc I've had the motor replaced with a rebuilt motor about 9k miles ago, full treadstone bolt ons, stock bpv, stock everything else. Here's my story The shop that did it also did the tune when they replaced it. Let me start by saying I'm extremely unsatisfied with how things were done. I drove the car home 2 hours and had multiple codes being thrown for rear o2 sensor, and p2227 barometric pressure. I replaced the rear o2 sensor to find it extremely loose and about to fall out. Replaced it anyway since I had the part and haven't had a problem with it since. 2 months later still getting p2227 haven't figure out yet read it's a pcm issue. about 4 months after that, one month ago from now I've had p0106 and read it's the lower map sensor on the lower charge pipe. Sensor was loose with screws out, oring looked fine no problems but it seemed a bit small for the hole. did a boost leak test after reading how to on here and it was blowing out from the sensor. So I replaced the oring and did another boost leak test and no leaks. Still was getting the p0106 and my fuel trims and afr are all over the place. They seem to even out at WOT. Car ran fine tho wasn't having any problems still showing p0106 and p2227.
About a month later about 3 days ago driving along at 60 in cruise and I randomly start to go into boost about 3psi and a slight bucking when it started to go into boost. Did this for a few seconds and went back to about 12 vac. Did this a few times. Flat road dry day. I slowed down did a hard pull in 3rd gear and went back to 5th and it stopped doing it no codes but was showing misfire in all 4 cylinders when it would do it. I am using torque pro app on my phone for all my readings. Got home next few days runs fine. Today starts to do it again but it stayed in boost on a flat road dry day. Slowed down did a hard 3rd gear pull again still was doing it. Car was ran fine at WOT but trying to keep a steady speed or accelerating normally not over 10psi car was bucking and misfiring and going in and out of boost. Got home by driving about 40 in 4th trying to stay out of boost. Got home pulled codes p0106 p2227, p0031, and p3400 cylinder deactivation system bank 1 which I read cobalts don't have the next closest thing I was thinking was p340 camshaft sensor related. Got car home and did some research and am now reaching out for help.

Short version

Getting codes p0106 p2227 and more recently having a problem at cruising constant throttle. New codes are p3400 or maybe p340 since I read cobalts don't have this code. And p0031 I'm using torque pro app on my phone

p2227 is for the baro, which is in the ECU, the p0106 is for the lower map sensor

The cruising at constant throttle issues is most likely tune related (tuning with a loose o2 sensor will give bad readings), get the ecu replaced for the baro code and see if the cruising issue is still there

Thank you for the response I assumed most my problems were from the bad tune since they tuned it with the boost leak also. After I fixed the boost leak once in awhile it will throw a p0101 which I read is mostly a boost leak. So I figured it thought it had a boost leak now that it didn't? Does that make sense?

is there anyway you can reflash the stock tune back on there? the tune might be the cause most if not all your problems

I'm parking it for the winter and my plans where to get a new zzp tuned ecu and gm stage one map sensors hoping to eliminate the problems. I also ordered a new front o2 sensor and will have that in on Monday.

Current codes showing are p2227 and p013a. Engine feels to be not working hard enough making it go into boost when it shouldn't be while slowly accelerating or cruising any speed

Replaced upstream o2 sensor still having problem

See post #3

p013a is for the second o2 sensor (one in the downpipe)

That one is fairly new about 2 months ago with acdelco professional. As well as the upstream one replaced the other day. No p013a anymore tho

Good to hear.

I wish shops would leave these cars alone if they dont know what the hell they are doing

^I'd have to agree
