Antenna Trouble
 

So i just received my MPX shorty antenna for my 06' cobalt, but am currently having trouble taking the stock antenna off.

What ive done so far is go from inside the trunk with pliars to try to keep the antenna from the from spinning when i turn it with a wrench from the outside.


Anyone have any suggestions/advince on how i can take off the stock antenna?

Sub'd for results. Mine is doing this too.

mine was jacked up too and i ended up braking the the bracket.eventually i think i used two open ended wrenches to get it apart and then i unbolted the bracket and bent it back into place and jb welded it. try putting some penetrating oil on it
