Bad Screeching noise from engine
 

So I've heard a ugly screeching sound a few times in the last week that would tend to go away. Now its not going away. It was hard to pinpoint by myself. I was hoping it was a pulley. Drained the oil and didn't find any metal.
Took the belt off and still screeches, so its not a pulley. Now I've rotated the crank pulley by hand ~1/8th of a turn at a time.....and I hear the screech.... So is there anything in there that can screech without it being a catastrophic problem?

Car is a 2009 SS 4 dr. Engine has 170K miles. I had the timing belt changed a couple years ago.

So I narrowed it down to flywheel area. With serpentine belt off, i can slowly rotate crank pully and hear the squeak near flywheel inspection hole. Any ideas?
