blown supercharger
blown supercharger
I own a 2005 colbolt ss/sc with 14,000 miles. I got word today that it might be a blown supercharger. Will this be covered under warranty? Or will they try to pull a fast one and try to say that I beat the car. I'm kind of worried here.
seriously if you're stock or close to it you'll be fine.. but if you have like un- gm pulley and such you're gonna get hosed..

just playing .....depends on if you beat it or if your modded
Wow, you doin that 14k MPH on street tires? If so, let me know which ones so I can get a set
x2 on the above. Long as you play ball with GM-only parts and you really didn't trash the blower intentionally, you don't have much to worry about. If they say no or you have other mods, I've found that showing them a print copy of the magnuson-moss warranty act helps sometimes, but that depends on the dealer.
Hope this helps.

They will probably check if tires are worn from burnouts or look for rubber in the wheel well or around the car. If they cant prove that you beat on it, it should be under warranty. Thats all there is to it really.
i am saying that i can shift any manual faster than most people i am not implying what eurochevy said if any one wants proof just come for a ride in my car. A race car driver of 40 years said this to me while driving his 911 GT3. "you are one of the fastest shifters that i have ever seen!"
