My turbo has made a ticking noise for about 6 months now. I did some research on the forums and came across this post https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/2-0l...-boost-248588/ which made me not worry about the sound it was making. Recently it has began to make much more noise, especial on cold start and under wot. It misfires like crazy at wot sometimes, usually at higher rpm's. Car has Hahn intake, 3 inch catles dp, Dejon hot pipe, Trifecta tune 22 psi. I'm taking it the the dealer tomorrow but I was wondering what people thought of this and if anyone has had similar issues. Video here

lol, hopefully its just the turbo. does it go up with rpms?

Yes, once its been driven around for a period of time the ticking is no longer present upon regular acceleration only under wot.

Sounds like ur compressor wheel is slapping the side of the housing. Take off intake and check for shaft play

After taking off the turbo it was found that the exhaust manifold gasket was blown out on one side.
