Heated seat issue? FUSE!

Heated seat issue? FUSE!
Ok, So the I put in a replacement fuse 20amp for the heated seats.
Not even 1 day and the fuse pops.
Now I put another one in there today and heated seats work, It's great. Then 2 hours later they don't work. I looked at the fuse and its popped.
What do you guy think is going on here?
We have a car stereo in the car... Pumping 800 watts? when the sub hits hard the lights dim.
Would that affect the fuse?
Any ways please help.
