Car has a Weird jerk in 4th
 

Alright so I have a cobalt 2.4
And I'm starting to notice... (not always) but sometimes, while I'm driving in 4th gear just before 2000 rpm my car makes a weird jerk. It almost feels like when you press down on the gas a bit hard after you take your foot off.
But this is while my foot is on the gas at even pressure, my car just jerks it looks like the rpm drops slightly but not a significant amount and then kicks back in. I really don't know whats wrong.
I had the clutch assembly rebuilt a few years back, I'm not totally sure whats going on here.
Anyone else had this problem? Or might know whats going on?

I'm really hoping its not the transmission slipping or something.

Without being able to look at the car or drive it...

Is the car fully warmed up, partially warmed up, cold as shit?
Is it RPM related, MPH related, or just 4th gear.

You almost need to have a proper scan tool to have you or a buddy watch the TPS % at the pedal and at the throttle body, could possibly be a dead spot in your throttle body or pedal assembly.

I always let my car warm up before I drive it, but then again its been -30C here in winnipeg the past few days. BUT, it also does it on warmer days, just not as bad.

Normally when it happens everything is nearly the same... 4th gear, just below 2000rpm and around 50-60kmh... 30 or so mph
