Car misfiring after 5000rpm

Recently got the car tuned and just yesterday when i was accelerating at about 5000rpm it started to lose power and sound like its misfiring, not blaming the tuner im just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how they fixed it?

Engine and turbo both have 215,000km on them
Mods list:
zzp intercooler package
3inch zzp exhaust + downpipe with highflow cat
3 bar map sensors
k&n cold air intake
Brand new throttle body
tuned to 24psi

What's the condition and gap of your plugs? If the gap is too large and/or plugs just look trash it'll break up past 5k.

Try tightening the gap down to .030-.032", as .035" might be large enough to allow blowout at 24psi.

Only reason I suggested is I had the same thing when I was stock turbo. Right about 5200 it would start to break up under load, gapped them to .030" and it stopped.
