Car Shuts off, silps out of gear in 3rd and noise!!!

So im driving on interstate 5 and their repaving a 50 mile stretch of road, but when they hit a bridge there is a 3 inch gap between new and old pavement. So i nail the freaking bumps at 80 and it sounds like my freaking wheels are going to pop, it shifted my rear view as well. So this happens about every 10 miles, and all of a sudden i realize i totally lost power. i put it in neutral and start it up, a little while later it does it again! i checked my power cables, and realized some of the fuses where loose i fixed them and it seamed to stop. But now my engine makes a cycling noise that is noticeable louder when ever i give it any gas. I poped the hood, and it seems my supercharger is making more noise then usual. its not a scrape or a knock, but maybe the bearings are jacked? Then later that night when in 3rd gear it would just slip out!

Im freaking pist and am worried the the jolting ruined or loosened something in my engine!
any guesses about the noise? it sounds like its coming from the passenger side more then anything.

if you were clearer i could help you, but if you meant by the cycling noie like clicks? then you should be very afraid. it could be that you over revved the engine and caused you to hurt it and lose oil pressure therfore, ur engine blows up =/ just thought i throw that out there in case that was the problem

i looked at each and every post about noise and nothing sounds like the noise im hearing. it sounds like the cycling of the engine, its hard to explain... ill just have to keep weeding out the possibilities. it may be the exhaust being shifted out of place.

so every 10 miles you just kept going 80 and smashing over these several times? or did i read that wrong? could be your strut is blown or any part of your suspension.. that would make weird noises...

Highway 5 is a packed highway stretching for 300 miles, you cant slow down or you get ran over, its bullshat the whole freaking road! There was someone else who had the same problem, we think it may need a new gasket somewhere within the exhaust, at least thats what i'm hoping!

well if ur hitting the bumps at 80mph and ur on 45 series tires and sportlines, that sends alot of stress toward ur motor and suspension parts...slow down or take another route...i slow down every single mo fo thats behind me to make sure i get over the holes/bumps without breaking anything...and that includes cops...i literly brake infront of them to make sure i go nice and smoothly over the holes..cant give me a ticket for slowing down cuz the city messed the streets up

and the shuting off part is normal when u hit a hole hard enough..happened to me once and i learned my lesson

yeah I've had my engine shut off once and my gauges shut off twice from poorly maintained train track crossings.

Yep...I can't remember if I got a mil and/or the abs light (we have an abs light right?). It was a while ago, I think it just went limp didn't turn off.
