Car won't start, dic says power steering?

Ok, so I drove to the gas station, come back and an hour later my car won't start, you can hear the fuel pump running it just won't turn over. The did says power steering and reduced power mode. There's no leaking fluid, any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Check your fuse box. If it's complaining about PWR STR it generally means a bad ground somewhere in the electrical system. The last Cobalt I heard of that had that problem simply had a loose connector in his fuse box.
