Problems/Service/Maintenance Do you have problems with your new 2.0, 2.2, or 2.4L? What kind of service did you have done?

Coolant gone. Please help tonight!!!!!!

Coolant gone. Please help tonight!!!!!!

I just put on my header and downpipe and the bar below my header is POORING coolant everywhere. What do I do????????

sounds like you knocked it out of place and broke/tore a seal.

coolant crossover.

And i dunno how to fix it, i've never heard of anyone doing this during a header install.

It's the silver pipe between the thermostat and the water pump. The bottom of the header is resting on it and it's leaking out of the seal on the passenger side. What should I do?

i know what part you're talking about.

sorry man, can't help you. I know they rotate a litttle, and that helps with clearance. How did you manage to damage it? were you really cranking on it or something?

I've had my stock header in and out twice, the JBP header installed and removed, and the new OTTP longtube installed, and never once did i have an issue with the crossover.

i suggest fix it, see if you broke a seal or something

Coolent Crossover check out page 395 of the gm manual it will cover the process.
