Speedometer jumping

Recently I have been using my A/C and have noticed a weird thing happening while idling in gear. It does not happen all the time either. At curtain times while idling in gear with the A/C on the speedometer will jump from 0 - 10 - 0 - 30 etc. This can last a couple minutes or until you start moving again. Other things such as putting the car in neutral or turning off the A/C will make this stop happening. I have also noticed that the RPMs will raise slightly as well when this is happening not by much, about 100 rpms or so.

This doesn't seem like it would be much of an issue if it was just an inccorrect reading but if I try to drive while the speedo is jumping the trans will sometimes think it needs to shift when it is not necessary. The check engine light is on but its due to an O2 sensor and my catless DP. Anyone have any idea what may be causing this issue?

Here is a link to a video i took. The noise in the background is my dash rattling from having a solid engine and trans mounts.

As I said the light is on due to a Catless DP and the O2 Sensor reading too rich

Double check your engine codes. Another code may have popped up and gone un noticed due to the other codes.

I know this is an older post but I am still having this issue. There is no longer a check engine light on as I have corrected the O2 sensor issue. However this problem has only gotten worst. It happens almost all the time while at a dead stop idling. Putting the car into neutral or turning off the A/C use to help correct it but not so much anymore. It help a bit but doesnt completely stop it. Sometimes it has no effect at all. I only drive the car in the summer so thus why I am updating this post. I have not dont anything to try and correct it yet. My first guess is possibly a bad TPS
