does your LNF misfire when pressing brakes?
I've been trying to track down random cylinder misfires for a while now that was observed on my dashdaq, and have noticed that they seem to be happening when i press my brakes.
I have GMS1 (was having issues with limp mode, soldered sensors and was fixed) and catless DP.
Have never thrown an engine code for misfire, but i can pump the brakes at idle and the misfires will happen, and the computer changes fueling, causing my STFT to go nuts.
Just wondering if this is normal or could be a symptom of a worse problem.

Weird . Vaccuum leak, maybe ?
Unless somehow the brake light circuit can cause an issue w/ the ignition circuit - weird.
But, NO, to answer your question, mine does not that I know of.
Good Luck, and a free bump !

How many misfires are we talking about under normal braking? Just one or two here or there? If that's the case, don't worry about them. That's normal for pretty much any car. If the misfire counters climb to 100+ then you have an issue.
As for the short term fuel trims, they're going to go nuts when you pump the brake on any car. Its putting a serious vacuum load on the engine and will temporarily change your fueling.
