Door locks

I have a 2006 Cobalt SS. My power locks don't work, yet they lock when car moves. Sometimes they won't unlock and I have to climb out the window. It seems to do it worse when it rains. Also, my key fob doesn't work. When I open my door, the hazard lights blink for about 60 seconds. If my horn is connected , which it's not, the horn blinks with the lights.
I bought the car from a young kid who claimed he has no idea why all this happens. Cone on guys, help me out.

On a serious note:
Can you unlock the car with the key from the outside? Or if you're stuck inside, does pulling up the lock with your hand not work? I would take the door panel off and check your door actuator.

no, the keys don't work either. I have to hit the lock a few times kinda hard until I hear this click, then the lock has came unlocked.
