Easiest to aim

so i have which i think are the gen 1 projectors and they have been giving me nothing but problems since i got them. Even adjusting them is impossible because you have to take them out to aim them. So i was wondering if anyone knew which gen of projection lights are the easiest to aim. Also my gen 1s are always going out or my led light turn off or somehting like that, is this a know problem?

ya there a bitch to aim. took me abt 3 hrs to get mine perfect. the problem when u take them out to aim is that u have to tighten them all the way down to see if you got it right.

make a line with masking tape on a wall. thts really the only way i kno how to do it, iv aimed a few aftermarket projectors BTW.

the fact that there cutoff line ridiculously sharp is why it takes so long to aim BTW. looks bad unless u get it perfect.
